Altisima Winery was established in 2017 and features over 20 vineyard acres with contemporary architecture and stunning views from every direction. The winery celebrates Spanish heritage and history, honoring Spanish explorer Gaspar De Portola. The property features a modern tasting room, Gaspar's at the Vineyard restaurant serving Spanish fusion cuisine, and a members-only lounge and terrace. The winery produces Spanish-influenced wines including Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay, with current production of 10,000-15,000 cases annually.
