Oak Mountain Winery is a family-owned winery established in 2005, located on the De Portola Wine Trail in Temecula Valley Wine Country. The winery is home to Southern California's only mined wine cave, located 104 feet underground with 10,000 square feet of space. The property features a speakeasy-style distillery, a cave tasting room, an outdoor climate-controlled pavilion, and The Cave Café. The winery produces over 30 award-winning wines and is known for its famous raspberry and strawberry champagnes, with production of 10,000 cases annually.
